Specializing in transformative Modern Home Renovation and Building projects, Nicolette Divine has successfully managed eight Real Estate Projects from concept to completion.
With a strong track record of delivering high quality, sustainable units, Nicolette Divine focuses on creating value in underserved communities while championing diversity and inclusion in the Real Estate Industry. Committed to excellence and innovation, focused on Micro Luxury affordability, the firm is dedicated to reshaping the landscape of rural communities with a fresh forward-thinking approach.
Divine is also Chief Executive Officer of Divine Developers LLC, Creator of the "We are Women Who Build Micro Luxury Cottages" YouTube channel, Rockdale County Chamber Ambassador, Henry County Chamber and Newton County Chamber Member. She is also active with the Atlanta Regional Housing Forum, serving as an Advocate. Divine is the Founder of the "LOVE THY NEIGHBOR" Essential Program for the Homeless.
Erica Jean-Baptiste Hogan is the Founder and Executive Director of Women Gone Global Partners (WGGP), a workforce development organization dedicated to connecting local talent and businesses to opportunities created through construction, infrastructure, green energy, and advanced manufacturing projects. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction finance, contracts, compliance, and operations, Erica specializes in designing employer-driven apprenticeship and workforce programs that strengthen both communities and industry.
Driven by a belief that economic development should create opportunity for the people who live where investment occurs, Erica partners with contractors, public agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations to build equitable pathways into high-demand careers. As a U.S. Department of Labor Registered Apprenticeship Sponsor, she is committed to expanding access to training, supporting underserved communities, and helping minority- and women-owned businesses participate more fully in the economic impact of major development projects. Through her leadership, WGGP is building stronger workforces, more resilient communities, and a more inclusive future.
